In 2016, I found myself at my heaviest weight ever. I didn't feel like myself anymore and I knew I needed to make a lifestyle change to get healthy again. I'm so glad I reached out to Cheri to begin my fitness journey. Cheri has a way of making exercise fun and is very encouraging and supportive. She makes sure that exercises are performed correctly and safely and her workouts are challenging but do-able. Cheri is also very knowledgeable about nutrition and has come up with personalized meal plans for me in order for me to shed the weight, build muscle, and feel healthy and energetic. About a month ago I brought Eric some very painful knees (among other decade-old aches) and by way of his clear presentation, self-proven methods and rare talent as a teacher who truly listens, my pain was quickly reduced and then altogether obliterated in a crazy small amount of time.
If you're looking for trainers that are going to teach you consistency and help you become the best possible version of yourself, they're the perfect fit for you.
Cade has progressed at a very rapid level since working with Eric and he is very excited to have this amazing couple in his corner for the next 2 years of high school.
Enroute helped me get back on my swimming game, get my nutrition to where it should be, and pack on about 20 pounds of muscle in just 8 months.
I have been training under Eric and Cheri for about a month now and I can feel the results when I move and in how I perform in BJJ.
He’s also great about following up outside of sessions to ensure I’m staying on track and have what I need to work on my own.

As a 3-sport athlete this is important because each season brings different demands on my body and Enroute adjusts my workouts and nutrition to keep me moving forward but not over working.
He is challenging but encouraging and anytime we have had an injury or setback he helps us get back on track.
5 months I’m feeling better, sleeping better, blood pressure under control, not run down, better mindset, less grumpy (think I’ll always be a little grumpy) with my wife and kids, more flexible, stronger, motivated to do hard things, need a new belt, had to buy heavier dumbells, saying thank you to compliments of looking healthier a couple times a week, and look forward to new freedoms I’ve earned.
