It’s amazing to see how everyone cheers each other on and how everyone supports others successes and helps each other through challenges.
Miss Powers and Master Lapointe are amazing instructors and take the time to work with you at your skill level.
Class pacing is excellent, -students experience physical conditioning and are taught to be aware/alert of their surroundings in addition to the martial art itself which is super awesome- all 3 are extremely important.
We had my son's 3rd birthday here with a wide variety of ages (from 1 to 16 years old) and all the parents.
In the past 3 years, Empowers has done the hard job of moving to a new location, expanding to a 2nd school in Lovettsville - while constantly seeing how they can add value with new ways to help students grow.
You guys are the best
If they don't understand or need extra help, she finds a different way to explain it, and makes them feel positive about their accomplishments.
We started the class because it was the only school that we found that was inclusive of kids on the spectrum, we travel 20mn each way for the class but don't mind the drive.
Ashley was so family friendly, I was able to bring my son when I feel like most places aren’t quite as family friendly.
I really enjoyed it they are great with the kids...
