On top of that, I've never been to a gym that made me feel like family starting on day one - not just the staff, but the other members are so welcoming and positive.
Further, I just got a charge today for the FOB they give you - I asked one of the employees a couple months back, "how much is it to replace the FOB" she answers "not sure but I know its like 10 cents to make" - that's what you will be dealing with when it comes to their billing and fees, too wishey washey for me.
Eat the Frog is a unique gym that provides intense, dynamic workouts that will help you achieve a level of fitness that is typically only achieved through personal training.
Great place to meet personal goals (weight loss, muscle gain, tone, ect).
Great atmosphere to work out in the staff are super motivating!
Supportive and encouraging coaches is what makes this fitness experience better than the rest.
The format, music, and coaches keep you motivated, and the technology keeps you engaged producing great workouts.
A motivating and welcoming community where you will meet new friends!
Being able to choose between three different workouts each week, having unlimited access to classes in person and virtually, and being surround by community makes working out so much more enjoyable!
I really like that classes are offered every hour, which makes it easy to find a class time that works for my schedule.
