Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain

In just a few days, I gained so much insight into creating works of art (started as a complete beginner), quickly gaining new skills and abilities thanks to the excellent instruction.

This short class helped me change my sketching, drawing and viewing perspective dramatically.

My husband and I use some of the observations and techniques from class to describe solutions to problems now "its just about looking at the negative space" :)

The method of drawing on the right side of the brain initiated by Betty Edwards, his mother, is really an efficient way to produce wonderful and sophisticated drawings even if we just begin to draw, which is totally bluffing

But with the tools and techniques I learned from this class, I have skills for life and I’m so proud of what I was able to achieve in one week!

I'm so glad they offered a virtual option.

Prior to this workshop I lived in a world in which perception occupied a distant and inferior place in relation to language and concepts—a world in which “I see” meant “I understand”.

I have looked forward to taking this course for quite a long time and now that I've recently retired, I have the time to focus on drawing.

The class was super fun and I learned so much to improve my drawing skills in such a short amount of time.
