He teaches in a way where he gives the student the lessons needed but also keeps it open to what the student wants to learn as well.
As an adult it can be a bit intimidating to learn how to play an instrument but Miciah has been a great and understanding teacher.
My daughter has learned so much from him in the last 2 years she was taking lessons.
Dodge is a knowledgeable, energetic and fun teacher who imparts good techniques and at the same time instills a lifelong appreciation of music.
He is just the kindest, most encouraging person and my girls love taking lessons with him.
He also find ways to accommodate my son's choice of songs/or what Mr Dodge think what suited best for my son's interest .
Mr Dodge was a pleasure to work with and tailored his lessons to my goals.
I highly recommend this instructor for anything music related, be it theory or just jamming!
Very creative and talented instructor encouraging students to explore various aspects of their creativity while keeping it fun.
