As a first-generation Somali American and the eldest of eight kids in a packed household in Northern Virginia, Mohamed Hussein has honed his skills as an interpreter and entrepreneur since childhood. While studying Arabic in Saudi Arabia, Mohamed taught English on the side and started a private tutoring business. That's when he became aware of language services not only as an industry, but also as a career path. Mohamed went on to found Piedmont Global Language Solutions (PGLS) in 2013.

From what I have seen and also posted myself when recruiting instructors, each and every recruitment ad specifies that it is a CONTRACT, so I am not sure why "Frenchie" thinks that this fact was hidden from them - I am going to guess there was a misunderstanding, the root of all problems.
