Our goal at Diana's School of Yoga is to introduce and guide you through the art and ancient discipline of yoga. We have yoga classes 7 days a week and also offer corporate yoga, private home sessions, quarterly boot camps, yoga retreats and Thai Yoga Therapy Bodywork. She provides all the modifications and levels for all the poses.
The atmosphere is inviting and supported whether it is your first yoga class or if you are an advanced yoga student.
Diana is a wonderful teacher and all of her staff is experienced and does one on ones with all the students.
I will continue to recommend this yoga studio as it is a true help physically and emotionally.
