In a world that has so many of focusing on power and hot classes, this beautiful studio lovingly supports the strengthening and lengthening of Hatha and Yin with the use of props, excellent cuing and a full body workout.
She also came and did a sound bath for my 30th birthday and it was so beautiful!

When Noelle opened her own studio (Dharma Yoda SRQ), I was curious and absolutely thrilled when I experienced the warm, welcoming, relaxing, clean, lovely smelling, supportive and peaceful atmosphere.
It is a space to unwind, connect with yourself and fill your cup, and free from the stresses of the outside world and not to mention, connect with some awesome people who are only there to lift and support each other.
