I highly recommend if you are looking for a tight yoga community, and looking to explore many aspects of your life through the lenses of yoga.

Just finished my teacher training in December 2022 with DYU, so grateful with Derik and Beth for sharing their knowledge and wisdom in such a kind and compassionate way.
Well designed and in-depth study of yogic traditions, asanas, pranayama, and meditations.
Derik and the other instructors are highly experienced and most importantly interested in yoga as a whole concept, (including Ayurveda, pranayama, yoga theory, supporting literature, etc.
I can honestly say this is the perfect school for people wanting a holistic educational experience while learning a practical set of skills that prepare you to teach yoga in your community.
I would highly recommend this program to anybody who is interested in not only teaching yoga but also in discovering more about yoga philosophy, history and ayurveda.
