I'm not sure exactly how to explain how much Jerome has done for me and my son, but I'll forever be grateful.
As a member of DCBMMA for approximately 6 years and faithfully attending classes 5 days a week (usually) I feel it is my civic duty, a PSA, as it were to respond to a recent critical review of this establishment!
Jerome is an excellent teacher and very knowledgeable!
You should definitely come out and check it out if you're looking for a one of a kind workout that will get you were you wanna go.
