I am no expert but since I didn't know how to swim before and now I can swim from one side of the pool to the other, I would call that the product of effective teaching
They really break down the mechanics of it all and make you feel very comfortable while learning
Would highly recommend at least to get an understanding of your starting skill level and feel more comfortable in the water.
Swim lessons at this swim school was the best investment in my fitness & swimming journey, and I cannot recommend them enough.
