Special place with amazing teachers
I had a thoroughly lovely experience this am at GPY where I took Leaslie’s powerful yet grounding Express Power Flow.
I took classes at this studio while visiting family and was energized and encouraged by their lovely instructors.
Love the classes and atmosphere, Love the instructors, love the beautiful yoga community.
I highly recommend giving DDY a try, especially if injury or insecurity is preventing you from getting back to an active lifestyle.

I moved to the area over a year ago now and this was about the 3rd studio I visited and I haven't been to another studio since.
