Mary Dague and ballroom dancing are synonymous in Lakeland. Since purchasing her dance studio at 1112 S Florida Avenue in 1990, Mary has dedicated her life to teaching the art of social dancing. She likes the men to lead and the ladies to follow. Through her classes at Kelly Recreation Center, where she has taught since 1990, hundreds have learned the joy of dancing.
