The sessions are not too stressful, yet you still learn a lot of content that will help you progress.
He makes sure you understand each question you are working on before you move on to the next, and I found that very helpful since you get the time to ask any questions you have with out feeling like you are under any pressure to work at a certain pace.
He walks you through the steps of solving a problem and introduces concepts that are helpful.
