This is the 3rd time in 10 years that Al has come to my rescue, on 3 different computers. This time, my HP All-in-one desktop computer wouldn't start up. I called and left a message for Al, and he returned my call in just a few hours. He was actually able to advise me to help me to start my computer over the phone. He also gave me suggestions about how to proceed, and how to avoid a recurrence of this problem. Al is always courteous, concerned, professional - and most of all, very knowledgeable! I would highly recommend him for any computer repair or technical consultation. He's great!
