This place is by far the best gym I've had the privilege of attending. A true family atmosphere and zero drama. I thought I was in shape before but this place has taken me to the next level! Perhaps the most important thing for me is that the coaches truly care about you as a person, not just your physical progression.

John is a very knowledgeable and charismatic coach, and the programming is challenging and super fun!
What I've loved most, is that I've been able to push myself each workout without getting hurt, as the coaches and seasoned members have consistently helped me with my form.
We did sign-up during the funnest time of year (Christmas) and were welcomed with open arms by the owner John as well as the Toy Box Kids trainer.
