Recently was visiting family in the area and dropped in for a workout - very warm and welcoming crew there - great space and equipment - of course good workout too!
But what's most important is that I don't feel like just another number for commission, I feel like a person here.
Every class I go to, I can expect a hello from the coach and a review of movements so that I can be successful in completing the workout to the best of my ability.
