Crossfit Crowntown
I joined CrossFit Crown Town in Corona at the end of June 2023 so it's been a little over 3 months for me. Yes, I feel fitter, stronger and have had some noticeable physical changes in my body that both my wife and myself have noticed (others have noticed too). That's going to happen when you put a regular fitness routine to your weekly schedule. That however isn't what I like most about Crown Town. Crown Town offers much more than the equipment needed to be successful in your workouts. For me, it's all about the community, the leadership and coaching and the accountability. They allowed our first session for free as long as we left google review 😂 They didn’t ask for a good review, mind you, so at least it’s not a bribery!
I decided to attend Cross Fit Crowntown, Sarah was so accommodating that even though I am a bit late she still manages to include me in the class.
If you’re in the area and looking for a place to drop in or are looking for a good gym to learn and train Cross Fit I would definitely hit up Crown Town.
They were super accommodating, great coaching from Coach Caesar, kept the class timely and structured.
I dropped in from out of town and can honestly say they do a great job working you hard!
The workouts are challenging and fun, trainer’s do a great job of encouraging and are enthusiastic.
The location is not too busy as far as traffic, the quality of the gym and the equipment is great and the overall value of the class pricing for what you get is well worth it.
