Core Town Pilates
Wow. Jody is truly amazing. Over the past 5 months I have seen my body change in ways I didn't even know were possible after having 4 c-sections and severe diastasis recti. Through the workouts at CoreTown, Jody has strengthened my core so that I no longer have the ab separation that hindered my workouts, posture, stability, and confidence daily. No other workouts I've ever done have given me both the strength and the transformation that I have seen in my body since I've started at CoreTown pilates. Not only that, but the studio is warm, welcoming, and such a happy place to be with so many talented and incredible teachers who tailor workouts specifically to their clients' needs and goals. Thank you, Jody, and everyone at CoreTown, for helping me to reach my goals and beyond!
