I have moved since then and don't get to the studio as often as I'd like, but I would recommend Ruth & her team to anyone who is looking to improve their health, regardless of your current fitness or life goals.
All of the trainers show great care when working with clients, including those who need specialized care for injuries or medical conditions.
During Covid I gave Zoom workouts a try with Melanie and was pleasantly surprised with how effective they were.
