They teach us the art of being fully human—how to carry ourselves with grace, relate to our physical selves with kindness, and approach everyday movements, whether it's bending, cleaning, or simply standing, with mindfulness and care.

However, I wished the instructor walked me through their machine before class (I’ve taken pilates at Body Rok, Solidcore, and other local studios and every studio’s machine is different) and provided more alignment and form corrections, both verbal and physical, throughout class.

The instructor Lisa was really attentive to me as a beginner and I felt really welcome.
