Welcome to CLUB & CYCLE, an indoor cycling and fitness studio located in Baltimore, MD, designed to give you the ultimate fitness experience in a comfortable, respectful, inclusive, non-intimidating, and fun environment. We're sort of like a healthy version of a nightclub where you can get your party on all in the name of safely helping you reach your health and fitness goals! We have top-notch instructors, the hottest playlists, and challenging classes for all fitness levels. It's a family-style atmosphere where everybody knows your name or will soon know your name after you walk through our doors. We strive to be the best indoor cycling and fitness studio in Baltimore! The best instructors, the staff is knowledgeable and pleasant.
Spin instructor Mr TNT was was high energy, love the music, very friendly staff.
The circuits classes are a great way to mix it up and a good alternative to cardio.
Loved it
It was an outdoor class due to Covid Restrictions and they adhered to every safety precaution including all the staff wearing masks ,spacing out the bikes and sanitizing them.
We were told to get ready and then introduced to the instructor, the DJ, and even had the opportunity to say hi to those that were participating from home.
