4 community pottery and woodworking studios in San Francisco, Oakland, and San Mateo centered around providing an inspiring shared space for us to be creative and explore using our tactile senses. The spaces are all unique, but all share the needs to serve as a beacon of connecting people together through art, shared experiences of learning and community outreach and events.

Great to have an instructor and a shadow instructor in the class with us!
Rigo was the most patient and supportive teacher and they made sure everyone felt successful despite most of us having no clay experience :)
😆 So … def not going to quit my day job, but I had so much fun I will def be thinking about taking the wk course.
Teresa was a fantastic teacher, walking through each of the significant steps, leaving plenty of time for us to experiment on the potters wheel ourselves.
Special shoutout to Bennie who was an incredible coach to help us create cool clay things (mugs, plates, bud vases, etc.
Finally, class was held on the bottom floor in an open area and it was incredibly distracting to have people not in the class walk around the area in the middle of a demo and have conversations in the hallway
We had a lot of laughs and came out with beautiful pottery, thanks to Neil and the great team at Clayroom.
The facility is great, our instructor AG kept it simple, helped a lot and made it so much fun!
Great studio, great people
Would make it 3 hours vs 2.
