Sifu Jack is the best, so helpful and intelligent and kind.
Jack is the best teacher I’ve ever had and I’ve been practicing martial arts for the last 20+ years in the LES.
When your child is young (under 10) it isn’t about their physical lethality as much as their personal growth, although I’m confident both are part of the curriculum.
The women's self defense class is a wonderful program that's offered for free.
