Our Teachers are unique and have distinctive training methods, but each follows closely the Hatha yoga tradition, a practice which emphasizes the breath and a strong asana practice. THERE IS A 4 HOUR CANCELLATION WINDOW AND A $20 LATE FEE CANCEL / NO SHOW FEE.

Charlotte Yoga is a wonderful studio that will leave you feeling renewed and at peace when you leave.
I don't often write reviews but I have had such a consistently positive experience here and I look forward to going to class every week.
Teachers here have the license to create their own flows and bring their own style and personality to their class, which is awesome.
They have black light paint and great music!
