The Studio is very inviting & esthetically pleasing, The Staff was very Welcoming, Plenty of practice Mats and tools, makes you feel comfortable & not afraid to jump in & get to work!
I have had classes with Anna Marina and Carolina and both are great instructors.
Parking can be tough for popular weekend classes, but there are plenty of open spots next door at Habitat for Humanity thrift store (where you should pop in + look around for bargains) after class.
I love love love slowing down at casa Manabliss with Paritosh’s yin yoga and Angela’s meditations.
