All teachers are very focused on form and are quick to help you modify it necessary.
I bring my daughter to mommy and me every week and always get the best workout!

I was new to mat-based pilates a few months ago, and have found the workouts to be incredibly beneficial to my body and sustainable through all stages of life - most recently, pregnancy!
The Mommy & Me classes are a fantastic way for us moms to workout in a low stress environment.
Not just an amazing studio but all the instructors are amazing and know you by name and ask how you're doing every time they see you.
It is a judge free zone where everyone is supportive and wants only the best for you inside and out.
I love the variation in class styles, I mix-up each week with different class styles, and just because you attend the same class week to week doesn't mean you get the same workout each week, every class is uniquely different.
The instructors make it fun and are there to help and make sure you don’t hurt yourself!
