We took the C.O.B.R.A. Self-Defense Class due to my being mugged 6 months ago. I never thought I would feel so empowered as I do now. I hope that no one ever has to feel the adrenaline rush of a true mugging or the fear that comes after it. This class gave us the basis for protecting ourselves and our loved ones! ! Thank you Chris, C.O.B.R.A. instructors and everyone, including some amazing classmates, for a wonderful, LIFE ALTERING EXPERIENCE! !! We will be taking this class again and again! ! Mark and Chris taught a super informative class and were great teachers at the range.
I have taught multiple 10 and 5 week academies, one day camps, Girl Scout private training and active shooter response seminars and realtor specific self defense under the C.
I've done a lot of research over the years on different self-defense programs and have found COBRA to be the best for not only beginners but advanced people trying to learn practical self-defense.
COBRA self defense has been a great asset to the real estate agents in outr area, it can be daunting showing a house to a stranger without knowing how to defend yourself if something goes awry.
The instructors give good information of how to respond if someone attempts to attack you with hands on demonstrations and practice sessions that are done repeatedly so it becomes second nature.
They were fantastic with pick up from the schools and allowing them to have homework time in addition to the martial arts and self defense training.
