Jared, the owner is a man of high integrity and is uniquely fitted for the fitness industry because of all the different tools they have implemented to help people.
That’s saying a lot because I’ll usually hop from gym to gym and check out a bunch of classes, but after that first session, I did not want to go anywhere else

I've been at the gym now for 3 years and the workouts are written for everyone with an atmosphere made for growth.
As I reflect, on the past 3 years at BYB here, I can't recall any injuries or having to take time to rest like I had all the years previously.
The BYB team dismantled my preconceived notions and intimidation about getting healthier and stronger.
Ya’ll, the mere fact I am showing up with my chest ace-bandaged flat, post surgery, is testimony to the changes in my heart and mind

If you are a service member or first responder (or former or aspiring for that matter) I highly recommend this gym: you are not going to find a better functional fitness gym to work out at.
All the coaches are very good at breaking down movements for people at all fitness levels.
