I began my study of karate to share an activity with my children and for the exercise. I found a fun, varied workout. I knew that the children's classes focused on poise and confidence. I was pleasantly surprised to find myself becoming more self-assured, as well as more limber and having a better sense of balance. I really enjoy my study of karate at Buzz Durkin's. The staff are all courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and the friendly atmosphere makes you feel right at home.
All the instructors are very friendly and very helpful while also teaching good discipline!
