I first took the self-defense course as part of a seminar at my company & started out as someone with zero martial arts experience & low workout capacity.
I thought this class was a great refresher on general safety tips, as well as instruction on simple, physical techniques designed to immobilize an attacker.
I am currently in the Kenpo karate program which bridges the traditional and practical self defense with high intensity workouts.
