Brian Lin Voice Studio
(31 Reviews)

Remember, the voice is different from other musical instruments. It is a primarily invisible, complex system of breathing, vocal fold compression, and resonance. There are multiple variables to consider and a lot of mistakes to avoid. If you want to see real progress and avoid vocal problems, it is strongly recommended to find a skilled teacher with a discerning ear, keen understanding of vocal exercise design, and deep knowledge of vocal anatomy.

Sentiment Analysis
Once you fully understand his explanations and study the sounds and the mechanics involved from his lessons, he starts treating you like an adult and gives you directions in terms of muscle movements and not abstract noise making that other teachers would base their entire curriculum on.
Brian knows how to break down technique while also keep the session engaing and fun.
You’ve gotta take some risks in life sometimes and taking a chance on vocal lessons with you has been by far one of the best decisions I’ve made in a while 😂 I’m super stoked and I’m looking forward to what’s to come!!
He was able to quickly pinpoint issues I was struggling with and teach exercises to work on those muscles to improve my voice.
I began as a true beginner, Brian help me first understand the mechanisms of the voice and its different muscle- all of which gives you a well rounded approach to your singing.
I was experiencing vocal discomfort for years that had previously been dismissed by highly respected coaches but brian was able to immediately notice its root cause and corrected it in one lesson.
Brian is a talented voice coach who uses his deep understanding of the vocal cords combined with his passion for singing to bring out the best in anyone who is willing put the same effort in learning how to sing and absorb the knowledge he teaches.
I've been working with Brian for around 5 years now and have improved a lot since we first started, and have so much of a better understanding of my voice and its working parts now, and can control them a lot more independently to achieve what I want sonically - no more vague "sing from the diaphragm" or anything like that.
From rock to r&b to pop, he has helped me find my voice and find the confidence to express myself through singing.
I have always loved singing but hated that I constantly sang out of tune—a problem I no longer have since I met Brian!!
