You can wear whatever you wish, as long as the clothing does not restrict your movements. However, you should always practice with bare feet (and that means no socks or stockings! ). Bare feet keep you from sliding all over your mat and allow your feet to be more sensitive. Also, if it's warm enough, it is better to practice wearing as little as possible, so you can see your skin. Noticing whether or not your skin is receptive and even is one of the best ways to balance your work.

Also love that they don't pressure you to buy a specific type of membership, I personally get the 20x classes as that works best for my schedule!
I went here twice on my last trip to SLC and the owner was really friendly and even helped me address some of my knee issues.
The studio has great energy and the instructors are awesome!
Definitely worth waking early for practice with him and my day is always better for the effort.
The classes sizes at night are decently busy but not too crowded.
Great class options and a much more intimate setting than the big group classes at the vasas of the world
Just had my first yoga class with Dennis and loved it!!
I get an amazing instructor every time I go.
George and have missed my studio so much, BREATHE feels just like home!
Always feel very positive after sessions!
