Legion WAS the first non profit in America dedicated to training Jews how to defend themselves, and is now the first global organization doing the same. Founded in 2014 in response to rising attacks on Jews, Legion helps Jews and their friends train in self-defense, counter terrorism techniques, and first aid. Since 2014 we have trained hundreds of people using experts from the world of Martial Arts, U. S and Israeli military, Law Enforcement and Intelligence services. My sons really enjoy their Krav Maga classes - excellent instructors!
Everything I need in life is in this building.
I also do small group training with Kim (very knowledgeable about fitness and health in general) and on my own time, I can use their gym equipment and infrared sauna (total destressor)!
When I go the gym on my own, I like that the machines always use your own body weight in addition to regular weights - I feel, they are more effective.
Such friendly people and the Krav Maga classes are great!!!
I was never one to be caught in a gym before I walked into Break Thru but now I found a place I really fit in.
Krav Maga is a very practical defense technique and you will leave each class feeling that you can apply something of what you learned to a real life defense situation.
It's insanely good at inspiring confidence, everyone's there to help one another, and there has never been a moment where I wasn't having fun or working hard.
