Sentiment Analysis
I have had a great experience learning the martial art and music.
Our daughter who can be a little shy and timid had a fun class with many laughs while exercising with capoeira moves, learning Portuguese music and language.
I discovered capoeira through CM capixaba later in life, and it is challenging me philosophically about survival in these times, about physical endurance and flexibility (especially in hips, shoulders, back), and, as someone who my whole I felt I cannot sing or play an instrument, to find musicality within me.
I really enjoyed the class and I am looking forward to learning and being apart of this school.
I like that Contra Mestre Capixaba professionally provides consistent, knowledgeable training with a friendly environment.
The combination of movement and music is great, and Anderson really inspires the kids to do their best and push themselves.
In his classes I have found great friends; a source of confidence; physical challenges to keep my brain active; mental challenges like quick decision making and keeping composure while facing aggression; culture; music; memories I will never forget (even though I participate in so few of the events); and life lessons I can learn to apply anywhere.
I am soo happy that I found this place, there are not many places as welcoming as they are especially when you have a child with spectrum.
It was recommended by a friend and I’m so happy to find a class like this, which is musical , physical and fun.
