Had a blast & it’s a great workout!
Ro taught a great class that included a thorough warm up, a clear explanation of of the skills we would be working on and a few minutes at the end to move to music and practice the skills that we worked on in class!
Would recommend pole for those who enjoy climbing (I got an arm workout!
I'm definitely planning to return for more classes and would highly recommend Brass Ovaries to anyone looking for a supportive and welcoming pole family.
The way the instructor of my pole 1 class explained how to hold the bar/position my body and brace myself against it during moves/climbing made so much more sense compared to classes I have taken elsewhere!
Attended my first dance class ever here last week, and had an absolutely amazing time.
Had a great time for my bachelorette trip.
Way harder than I thought going in but the instructor was so patient and welcoming to us beginners !
