Welcoming gym, small class sizes at times that work for people who work, experienced coaches that can teach what they know, easy to get to from miles in all directions with pricing more than fair for the overall quality and experience - worth dropping in, and if you do the entrance is around the back…

Great cardio + conditioning classes that are also a great stress release - nothing like punching a bag to heal what ails you.
This four month training camp was an incredible experience and through this experience (and through the support of Jess) I was able to get in the best shape of my life, learn a ton about this sport, fundraise for a great cause, and fight in front of my friends, family, and tons of wonderful folks at MGM music hall in Fenway!
Jess and Amy are excellent instructors, and the space is compact and efficient.
