Juliana taught a beautiful, intentional, and relaxing class; Diana the owner was fabulous.
At the moment of the practice, Pauline was very very smooth at explaining every position, I didn’t struggle whatsoever to comprehend anything, and again, I don’t even consider myself a pro hahaha.
The class itself was amazing and easy to keep up with especially for beginners there were several in my class loved it so much I stayed for the 75min Hot yoga ($25 drop in) so glad I did if your looking for a workout check this class out soooooo good.
Her commitment goes beyond mere responsibility, showcasing her as a passionate individual who gives herself wholeheartedly.
Staff and instructors are super nice, always feel renovated after a class.
