Sheila is fabulous in the Restorative Yoga classes, and I have found Elen most help in Soma Yoga, giving much support.
Elen and Kristina are wonderful teachers - kind, caring, and skilled, and I always come away feeling much better and carrying away skills I can use at home.
The work I have done under her direction has resulted in me feeling less pain and really feeling better overall in mind, body and spirit.
She, along with the other teachers, has been quite attentive to new students, orienting them to a new practice and is vigilant, as they all are, about comfort - observing, supporting, adjusting and accommodating to anyone's preferences and limitations.
I appreciate the balance of focusing on the mind and body and being present in the moment.
