The first infrared-heated yoga studio in Denver that also seeks to create space for learning, movement and an ever-changing environment in which to be ourselves.

I love that there are no mirrors to distract myself with, the room is heated but not ungodly hot, and it’s a real community.

Great instructors, Covid precautions taken, weekly Sunday night 7pm free yoga & meditation, huge redone space, ample parking, socially justice minded studio, indoor and outdoor (come April) options!
They definitely care about keeping up a clean and friendly environment.
