I had been looking at different gyms in the area and when I came to Beardown I immediately felt welcomed and everyone was extremely friendly.

Great trainers and owners are the best people around.

Rae has showed me that my body can do more than I thought; I feel stronger, I am stronger.

I’ve been here about 5 months and I have built my strength faster than I thought I would!

I am a beginner at lifting weights and he started out slowly, gradually adding weight and new moves and now I am exceeding my own expectations and I feel good, and more confidant then I have felt in years!

The coaches are amazing, the workouts are great- and the best part is the community that you are brought into.

You will feel like you’re working out with family but at the same time, being challenged to meet your fitness goals.

Anyone can pay for a membership at a global gym but this provides you with a certified trainer that loves their job and knows what they are coaching in each class.

It helped me not only gain strength but also built my character.
