Very relaxing, The classes are just amazing.
The instructors Sylwia, Barbara, Cathy and Elizabeth who are amazing, knowledgeable, passionate about yoga and extraordinary in their teaching of the practice.
Clever design of this bamboo structure, you feel like a little oasis in the middle of downtown area.
Very peaceful and a nice group of people in the class, too.

Situated outside, the screened in studio deck is surrounded by bamboo and blooming orchids, with a vaulted ceiling and thatched roof.
The interior Tiki design surrounded by a loft of bamboo compliments a South Florida atmosphere.
I’ve enjoyed a deep stretch and calming meditation with Sara, a crazy work out with Sywia, a serene Yin yoga with Erica and many more great experiences here.
