The prices were reasonable, and I appreciated having one-on-one time with a professional who tailored the routines to my needs as we are all different.

Yoga has been a personal favorite of many of our team members who have seen significant changes in flexibility and stress reduction.
She always aware of everyone's physical "issues" and gives great guidance/alternative moves/adjustments as needed for individual needs.
You won't find a better place to workout if you're looking for personal attention, have specific health needs and enjoy a non-gym atmosphere.
The trainers are excellent and very dedicated to watching your form, correcting your form so you can avoid injury and get the most out of your workout, and offering adaptations when necessary!
The staff is knowledgeable and friendly.
