They offer classes that cover the full spectrum of students, from those who have never set foot on a mat all the way to world champion-level training! The variety of classes and the instructors in each class are always the best of the best. World champions teach each class available, including the children's classes. The environment at this gym is truly family oriented and welcoming to all who step through those doors. If you are on the fence about trying Jiu Jitsu and feel it may be outside your comfort zone, rest assured all your concerns will disappear once you get in that Gi and join the family.

Attentive service, professional trainers, friendly staff, mutual respect, even for a beginner like me.
I had a blast here - everyone was really friendly and plenty of women came up and asked me to roll, which was so kind.
In most academies the black belt professors will lead the general classes and train in the competition class only but here at Atos HQ, you have the opportunity to roll with world class black belts like Andy Murasaki, Jonnatas Gracie, Rolando Samson, Rafael Silveira, Joao Mendes and Gustavo Batista where they roll with you at 'your' speed then help fix your mistakes and improve your game after the roll which has been vital in helping me improve my jiu jitsu.

I had seen a member get injured while on the mat and the team brought him an ice pack immediately and had emt's arrive in less than 10 minutes.
