Atlantic Meditation

It has helped with looking at others point of view and understanding what they have gone through in I had never done meditation so I was not sure what to expect.

Meditation has helped me overcome some difficult times.

I was able to slow down and I learned how to regulate my emotions and my thoughts much better than before.

I don’t think there was a sudden moment when I realized meditation had helped me get over that breakup, but rather a gradual appreciation that completely changed my perspective.

What's different about this guided meditation is that it encourages me to release the weight of the world off my shoulders and set my mind at ease

Been using them since 2018 and feel much better and happier since I've been meditating and practicing gratefulness.

Another change that I noticed is the way think when I come across something that "stresses" me, i am able to throw it away at the moment (if I can) rather than allowing it to affect my day.

Even though I am about to start level 2 in this method I have attained a tremendous amount of growth and clarity from practicing this method.
