
Coach Jerrod Arms ran Track & Field and Cross Country at University of Rio Grande and Morehead State University (MSU). Coach Arms graduated from Morehead State with a bachelors degree in Exercise Physiology with minors in Coaching and Health Promotion. He was an Assistant Track & Field and Cross Country Coach at MSU for 4 years. Coach Arms was in charge of the sprinters, hurdlers, long/high/triple jumpers and pole vaulters.
