Best for fitness and self defence
Very friendly atmosphere and intense self-defense training.
I am doing krav almost a year in this club, it brings me a lot of self confidence.
This place gives me the best and most fun workout I could ever do while learning self defense especially while doing self defense drills involving a lot of punching and kicking on pads.
The coaching style of the instructors creates such a supportive environment that every student builds on from to ensure everyone feels welcome and empowered.
For someone who has never done any kind of martial arts nor have been very athletic growing up, I have been having a lot of fun learning and making progress in the classes.
