Just started going to the Free Female Self-Defense class on 1/13 will definitely start going sometime next month or March and then check my stars!
It demonstrates the true meanin of the martial arts in providing an example to their students of awareness for others and to treat them with kindess and empathy!!
Besides being a place to learn martial arts, they host many events throughout the year for students and their families.
Great Place To Learn Muay Thai, Boxing, BJJ, and wrestling Awesome coach and awesome fighters who are super nice and open.

D and Binyamen and all the staff really take the time to make everyone as comfortable as possible.

Head Instructor, Akim Demirgioglu offers the perfect combination of fitness, traditional and reality-based self-defense classes for all ages in the Smithfield, RI area.
I enjoy the Krav classes as well, and feel they are well rounded in training for endurance, conditioning, karate, and self defense.
The cardio and technical training have left me feeling better than I ever have, mentally and physically.
