I've been training at American Boxing for a few months now.
I am living with high breast cancer risk and this class and Dave's responsiveness outside of class, have supported me in many more ways than I expected.

I also feel coach Dave is great at gradually introducing people to the grittier side of training and never thoughtlessly has you doing something you shouldn’t be doing at your level.

Dave fought a lot as a southpaw so he gave me a ton of useful advice.
It is not only a fitness class but it is about learning the right technique in a professional way.
I’m looking to get back into my rhythm that I had before everything shut down, and Dave is really good and helping me get there.
I think it sets a great example for kids to see adults (that aren't their parents) taking the health of the community seriously.
