The yoga teacher was very knowledgeable, and guided us through the hour with a lot of strength and conditioning poses , and the transitions she suggested were my favorite part of the experience, especially going into eagle pose.

These guys are the real deal- a Remarkable yoga studio whose teachers want every one to truly benefit from their classes; regardless of the level or age of their yogis.
They provide great staff and a very accepting atmosphere for people of all ages and abilities.
Clean facility, instructors are clear with great cues and appropriately challenging classes
The class was amazing, the staff was uber friendly, and I really enjoyed the facilities.
As a beginner, I felt that the vinyasa classes were a solid “intermediate” level… challenging, but not to the point where I felt I didn’t belong or couldn’t do it.
Super friendly and helpful for some out-of-towners!
